The Passion For Dance understands that it takes more than financial resources
to make it. It takes training, mentoring and direction.
The
Passion for Dance Project has set up what’s called “The
Experience”,
a six-month program that will put our students through an unparralled
experience of knowledge and training. The vast majority of our students
do not even know where to start their career. There is a lot to learn
in the world of dance and it is our commitment to these select dancers
that they gain the full experience when it comes to succeeding in this
field.
We encourage our dancers to take at least three classes a week
from our roster of affiliated dance instructors. We will show them
how to find and use the proper resources to become successful. Once
a month we will also have classroom sessions. Various topics will be
discussed each month from “how to audition” to “eating
right and staying healthy.”
In our network of choreographers,
photographers and agents, the dancers will meet the people they need
to know upon completion of our program. While most people are able
to do this networking on their own, it generally takes one to three
years.
Through The Passion for Dance Experience, we will accelerate
this process and condense it into just six months.
